This is what happens after an amazing day at school butchering and de-boning whole chickens. I decide to come home and make some homemade lasagna or I like to call it "lagana" and WHACK! My chef's knife takes the majority of my knuckle and hand with it.

Keep in my mind I'm a fainter, thank goodness I didn't. Phew!

But my roommate loved me hanging over the sink bleeding asking for more wine.
