IDUSTRY NIGHT

The first Monday of every month is Amis’ industry night and this month they are teaming up with Michael Solomonov, Percy Street Barbecue. Solomonov and Chef Erin O’Shea (who I think I saw in CVS the other day and stared her down) will be preparing jalapeno cheddar corn bread, mac and cheese, chopped brisket sliders, and banana pudding.

Amis’ chef Brad Spence will be serving braised black cabbage with turkey cotechino, strozzaprete salad with pickled eggs and celery, barbecued veal shoulder with pimenton agro dolce, and smokehouse apple brown betty. For drinks expect Miller High Life, pickle juice, and BBQ sauce and Stoudts Oktoberfest with a spiced sweet tea and bourbon drink.

The event kicks off Monday, October 4th with free food from 10pm to 1am and drink specials from 10pm-2am. Chef's, just bring your pay stub to show at the door.
