Winners: 2011 James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards


The James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2011 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards, the highest honor for our food and beverage professionals. And I heard the results at work while pulling a 23 pound suckling pig out of the oven. Amazing!
