My father loves to gamble. Even though he hasn't won more than $4 bucks on a scratch off, Eugene plays everyday. Here's a fun New Jersey fact- We have casinos, horse racing and the lottery- Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 6, Powerball, Mega Millions and if that wasn't enough, dozens of instant games. We do more scratching than my flea-bitten cat! And heck, 'Joisey' people love playing the lottery so much, even charter schools use it to select their students. For reals.
